Shipping details
We operate a little differently than most companies due to our made-to-order model. This system allows us to limit our material waste.
As orders are placed, all items go on a fabrication list and are manufactured in the order in which they are received.
Based on our current log of orders, we estimate the shipping time to be 2-4 weeks.
For now, we are shipping only within the continental United States via USPS or UPS. Once your order is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us here.
Return and exchange process
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original delivery date. For example, if you receive your order on May 1st, you have until May 15th to put the package in the mail to be shipped back to us. To qualify for a refund, all items must be in their original condition. Once a return is received and reviewed, we will issue a refund for the item within 7 days. Please note that the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will both be deducted from the refund.
If an exchange is requested, we will add the new item to our fabrication list once the return is reviewed and approved. The customer will not be charged shipping a third time for the new item.
To request a return or exchange, please start by filling out this form. Orders sent back to our company without providing this information first will not be accepted.
